High Risk Hospice nurse needs help

I am a soul provider single mom to 2 beautiful daughters.
We all have to isolate due to my severe health risks.
I hate even having to ask for help, since I have always worked since the age of 12. From shoveling snow, cutting lawns delivering papers. Always a strong work ethic
Right now I am in desperate need of money to pay my December and January rent and utilities and my insurance.
In 32 years I have never missed a housing or bill payment. I have checked my area for any rental assistance help and there is none available.
I'm trying to avoid adding my family to the eviction process which will start on January 2 2021. We have nowhere to go if that should happen and in NY it's winter time in the middle of a deadly pandemic.
I have tried taking care of my girls and our bills the best I can even maxing out my credit cards for basic living essentials.
Some of my bills I was able to defer which has been a blessing.
Utilities insurance food internet the basic.
For food I can go to our local food pantry once a month. We don't receive much but even a little helps.
Until pre covid I was working 70 hours a week 6 days a week as a very loving caring kind palliative hospice nurse.
Right now I have been unable to work since 3/13 due to high comorbidity. COPD, bullae emphysema multiple sclerosis Crohns disease. I am also immune compromised as well.
I have attached a copy of my lung CT as proof. I'm already a long hauler from 6 previous bouts of community acquired pneumomia. I was left with severe lung and heart damage.
I also am afraid because after the holidays I have to meet with my Dr for a possible lung biopsy as one of my nodules has grown 3 cm since March.
As per my pulmonologist orders I must isolate. She told me if I catch covid 19. I'm guaranteed a death sentence.
I consider myself very lucky because my last client passed from covid 19 March 26th. She had acquired it in the hospital after I had to rush her to the ER on March 13.
I have been looking for work at home jobs but haven't had any luck yet.
I'm praying I find something because unemployment ends in 3 days@
My income then will go from the $276 pre tax a week I receive on unemployment to zero! How can anyone live on ZERO !
This is our govts fault! It will take 4 to 6 weeks before anyone receives a penny again. This is catastrophic.
I have been working as a hospice caregiver for over 15 years. It brings me joy to be able to keep my clients in their homes as everyone should be afforded this dignity.
I take care of everyone dementia included. I had a beautiful client with alzheimers before her that I was with for 2 years. and before her a spry 96 year old that loved to do 1000 piece puzzles.
My client that I had been taking care of for over a year passed away on March 26th after contracting covid while in the hospital. I have not worked since March 12 and as caregivers we don't get paid alot for what we do.

Believe me if it wasn't a pulmonary killer I would be working the front lines right now.
I also want a vaccine so I can return to private hospice nursing but can't get one in NY because I'm unemployed
Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. And if miraculously congress finally approves additional covid relief. I will pay it forward to someone else in my situation.
