Honoring The Life of My Daughter, the Beautiful and Talented Jacquelyn Guirau.

In Celebrating the Spirit of Aioala Luck as she was known in the Art Circle, and recently in life as well.

Aoiala, as she preferred to be called was a light unto others, she often brightened your Day, your Week, Your life, just by being herself. A young woman who held honesty and integrity close.

Unforunately for us all now, we can't dance with my daughter or hear her giggles again.

Aoiala, a gifted artist, who was visiting her mother (Me) from Milwaukee, WI, to celebrate her 27th birthday, as well as Mother's Day when was struck by a vehicle driven by another young woman (whom I feel sad and compassionate for) while she was crossing a poorly lit street in Santa fe NM oN May 3rd. She died on May 6th as a result of the devastating accident. An lives have been irrevocably changed forever.

This incredibly sweet, charming, an very loving young lady left us far too soon, she's not supposed to be gone, It's unfair and I want her back. If only...

Equally as unfortunate is the fact I can not afford the unexpected expense of arranging Jacquelyn's funeral. Though she deserves the best, funerals are quite expensive nowadays and her fathers family back home in Milwaukee has stated they are unable to help. So I plea to you in need of your immediate support to cover the funeral expenses, including services, (with or without transportation back home so her friends and family can say goodbye...which was the original idea 6 weeks ago!!) as well as burial arrangements. Any donations exceeding the goal of 20k (or final costs with a $1500 casket, the cost of a plot and the fees of both funeral homes final bill...will be dedicated to creating a Charity created in Jacquelyn's memory, supporting disabled and disadvantaged youth in the arts, and raising awareness about the dangers of Inadequate Street Lighting and Jaywalking.

In her Honor & Memory the Charity "Aoiala-The Jacquelyn Charity for the Arts" will support disabled and disadvantaged youth and young adults alike with the art supplies they direly need. Also in keeping with complete transparecy, approximately 1000 or less that may be needed to help with my expenses in order to be able to attend the funeral of my daughter, out of state (i.e..roundtrip airfare and a hotel for one or two nights). Again any amount donated that is over the amount required will go to fund Aoiala-The Jacquelyn Charity in support of Artists in need.
