Gregory Ruelas Jr was born on March 1st, 2000 and was one of the purest and most genuine souls to have ever walked this earth. He was so playful and funny, and he never failed to leave you laughing so hard that your stomach would hurt. Greg loved singing his heart out to Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and the Glee and Mamma Mia soundtracks. He was sassy and loud and sweet and kind. He was an amazing son, brother, friend, and person. Everyone who knew Greg loved him, and he is leaving behind many friends and family who will forever carry on his memory.

At just 24 years old, Gregory unexpectedly got sick. After an extremely hard fought battle with valley fever, and being hospitalized for two months, our beloved Geggy took his final breath on June 14th. His absence is crushing, and left so many shocked and in disbelief. It is heartbreaking to think about the life he had ahead of him, but at least our baby can rest and feel peace now. We know he is watching over us from above.

We are not expecting to reach anywhere near the million dollar goal, but it just didn’t seem right to put anything lower. Greg deserved the entire world, how could we put a value on that? We are asking for donations to help his family and friends lay him to rest properly, and any extra funds after the funeral will help the family adjust and take care of things at home. This has been the most awful thing his family and friends have had to go through, and every donation and act of kindness received will help relieve some of the financial stress during this time.
