Rebuilding fund for Bobby
Donation protected
On Tuesday March 6, 2018, my husband Bobby's home caught fire and he was unable to escape and needed to be rescued by West Metro Firefighters. He was transported to St. Anthony's hospital where he was then airlifted to University of Colorado Hospital (UCH) in Aurora. He remains in the ICU Burn Unit at UCH in critical condition. His condition is day by day and will be in the hospital for an estimated 2 to 3 months as he recovers. Unfortunately his home was a total loss. With the help from friends and family, we hope we can assist in the rebuilding process.
We understand everyone isn't able to contribute financially. However we welcome volunteering of time, materials, advice etc. when it comes to rebuilding the home. At this time we don't have definitive plans on rebuilding, however we will need to do something as there was no insurance.
Those who know Bobby well know he is a hardworking man who always took care of his family. Unfortunately, 8 years ago, he became very ill due to Rheumatoid Arthritis attacking his vital organs. As the disease progressed, he was no longer able to work. Three years ago when Bobby was told by his home owner's insurance he needed a new roof, his pride kept him from asking for help. As a result, the roof was not repaired and his insurance was not renewed.
Thank you so very much during this tough time!!
Prayers accepted too :)
