Unexpected loss in the family

When you least expect it, death drops in...

As you may have already heard,  my younger brother Sean had a massive stroke & passed away unexpectedly on May 20th in New York City.

Sean was a self-directed man who was on his own mission.  He departed 16 days after his 62nd birthday. 

Sean left no money or savings and  during the COVID crisis in NYC, a good friend took him to Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan where he received the best of care but sadly came too late. 

Becky & I made the trip up to see him but it was clear that he would not survive the event.  His eyes have been donated & his cremains will be interred near our mother Lillian & brother Brian in my plot at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Westchester, NY after the COVID emergency subsides.  Our dear cousin Blaise Corrigan who lives close by in NYC  has been helping out with arrangements and I am grateful for his help. 

I regret having to make this appeal but this unanticipated, tragic event has come at a financially difficult moment for me.   I am reaching out to family and friends at this time of great need to see if you can possibly assist me in laying Sean to rest.  A friend of Sean's generously donated the headstone for which I am so grateful.

Any contribution will help, whatever you can manage is greatly appreciated.
