We are in need of your help. Leesburg Christian School, now in its 47th year of faithfully serving God and the families of Northern Virginia, is at a significant financial crossroads.
Our mission as LCS is to "Biblically disciple, academically prepare, and socially develop the next generations of Christ-like, servant-leaders for the glory of God." We believe that God would have us continue this mission for many years to come.
Not only is our facility the home of LCS and Believers Baptist Church, it is frequently shared with a number of community and youth organizations such as Upward Sports, Awana Clubs, Northern Virginian Volleyball Association (NVVA), Loudoun Soccer, D1SA Basketball, Ready-Set-Sports Flag Football/Lacrosse, and many more.
Friends, we simply need your generous support to help us continue making a lasting impact in our community. We are asking God to provide $300,000 to allow LCS to continue.
There are a number of needs we have for our facility: HVAC maintenance, renovation of bathrooms, new amentities for our students. The main issue pressing us is the required relocation of our church and school entrance on Evergreen Mills Road. We have recently been informed by state and county government officials that our entrance into our campus must be moved to align with the relocation of the Woods Road. Although they have been generous to work with us in minimizing our costs, they still require the payment of a substantial sum in reimbursement of their materials and labor to finish this new intersection.
In addition, we must pay for the design and installation of a new driveway which aligns with the new intersection being created. This is very costly and we simply do not have funds to complete this.
