Help Lupus patient pay medical bill

Hello, my name is Jazmin and I suffer from Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, angioedema, coscondritis, and also asthma. For the past couple of months my health has been declining, forcing me to be hospitalized at least once a month from January to July. All the diseases and conditions I have are unpredictable and also uncurable. A simple cold starts a domino effect within my body, making it very difficult to heal and become well again.
