Help Windi Walker with expenses from flooding

Windi could use your help with expenses as she struggles to find a way to deal with the flooding of her home.  She previously tried to obtain flood insurance but was denied coverage related to not being in a flood zone. She is a single mom and works hard everyday. She had had to leave her home and has many expenses she is enduring while being forced out of her home.  She will not be able to return to her home for quite sometime and when she does she will have all of the expenses to repair out of her pocket!
