Jack now 15 was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Von hippel lindue disease (vhl) when he was 5 years old his mum, and younger sister Cerys (12) and younger brother arran (3) also have vhl.
Its is a condition which causes begnign and cancerous tumours to grow on internal oragns.
THERE IS NO CURE FOR VHL.
All that can be done is be checked and scanned regularly.
jack has lost sight in his left eye and now has tumours developing on his right which could potentially cause him to lose his sight all together. Jacks dream holiday is to go to Dubai and we would love to make this happen.
