Jason Lucas Memorial Fund

Jason Christopher Lucas passed on Friday March 19, 2021.  Jason was 38 years young who loved our mom more than anything. He was a middle child of 4 siblings.

When our parents divorced in his younger years, my brother stayed by my moms side and lived with her, to help her with all the household items. Our Mom was his best friend.

Jason struggled with PTSD, Anxiety and Major Depression. Unfortunately, Jason's mental illness won this battle but I truly believe that that God knew his struggles and wanted to watch over in him heaven. He did not want Jason to live the pain anymore.

My name is Brittany Kucia, and Jason was my brother. Jason had a huge heart, great smile but struggled with depression and anxiety just like I do. I tried to commit suicide February of 2020, and he was my number one support in in patient. He did not leave my side.

I will be planning, paying for my siblings to fly in from all over country along with covering all cost of the funeral. For those who know me, I am not the one who ask for money, but if you or anyone you know, can make a small contribution to help pay for expenses, our family would appreciate it.

If we exceed our goal, we would DONATE all money to another family who lost a loved one due to mental illness.

Funeral arrangements and location is coming soon.

Rest In Peace Bro, say hello to our grandparents and Uncle. We love you more than anything.
