Meyer House Fire Fund

I am a family friend for many years. Becky and Kelly Meyer’s home exploded in Big Rock, IA early this morning and is a total loss. This fund is set up for immediate necessities such as fuel, food, clothes, bills, etc. Below is the update by Kelly and Becky’s daughter Kelsey who will be handling the gofundme donations. 

This is Kelsey Butterbrodt as many of you know mom and dads house exploded in the early morning hours and is a total loss as the furnace exploded. Dad is currently in the ICU at genesis with the plan to transfer to the Burn Unit at the University of Iowa. They’re thinking 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the face, head, neck and arms and some 1st or 2nd degree burns on his back. He is stable for now and I will try to keep updates as I get more information. The important part is that dad and mom are okay, materials can be replaced. Thank you all for your thoughtful words and prayers.
