Nicole Arsenault, from Parish Nativity of Our Lord has been asked by many to run for Trustee for Ward 2 of the Catholic District School Board.
Prior to becoming a mother of 4, she was an an administrative assistant at the Ministry of the Environment working in the Deputy Minister's Office. Her children attend Mother Cabrini catholic school in grades 8, 6, 4 and 3.
Community members have been impressed with her as a leader and co-chair of the parent's council for the past six years; a soft ball coach, swim team coach, neighbour, mom, wife and friend. Parents have urged to run so that the community and schools will continue to benefit from her hard work.
She is particularly loved for her strong belief in faith-based learning and what it has to offer. She is pro-teacher and pro-student. It is part of her core values that Catholic schooling develop children into great citizens for our communities.
Nicole was recently awarded the Certificate of Excellence in recognition of outstanding dedication to the preservation and enhancement of Catholic Education by the Ontario Association of Parents in Catholic Education. She was nominated by her children's school and the community.
Nicole is running for Trustee in order to represent the community and to continue to support faith-based learning. The Trustee’s are the face of Catholic Education elected by its stakeholder to be their voice. Nicole is professional, ethical and equitable to all our constituents and forth coming with information, working together for the future of our children.
The funds donated here will ensure that Nicole Arsenault can represent parents, community members and children for the betterment of our schools and community.
