Please Help The Emery's

After exhausting every resource and then some, we have decided to share our plight with our loved ones, hoping and praying that someone out there may be able to help.

As some of you know, Debra has been waiting on the state to approve her new place of employment after her supervisor left at her prior agency and the employer "couldn't find anyone to monitor" her. (Deb's RN license is on probation with the State of California.  Long story) That was 4 weeks ago.

Around the same time, the drive shaft on our car snapped.  Nissan has refused to honor the warranty since it was on the drivers side at the site of the accident (from last summer).  The area in question was inspected twice after the accident and no issues arose. Nissan states the warranty was voided due to the accident.  We are appealing, and we have a loaner for now. We just don't know for how much longer and the car is going to cost $2000.  We are also 2 months behind on our car payments, another $1200.  Debra needs a car for her job.

We have exhausted what little emergency funds we had to keep the roof over our head this month and food.  Even our sedar was potluck this year to bring the cost to non-existance. Phil is parting with some of his Star Wars collection, but the sales have been tedious and slow.
