Refugee Eid Picnic

American Muslims Empowering Communities and In Solidarity are partnering to bring you an Eid-ul-fitr picnic for refugee families in the Dallas area on Sunday July 2nd, 2017. These people have been torn away from their homes and any holiday can be a difficult time. All donations will be used for picnic supplies such as plates, utensils, food, small toys for kids to take home as Eid presents, and frisbees/balls/bubbles for kids to play with during the picnic. As you celebrate this joyous month of Ramadan and Eid day with your loved ones, please remember the less fortunate among us who are in our very own backyards.
