With a heavy heart, my mom and I ask for your help. My stepfather Roger Arellano was tragically struck by a vehicle and has passed away. He was walking to his car to head to work when he was hit in front of his home in Chula Vista. This was a hit & run accident and the driver of this vehicle has not come forward. We would like to help out Roger’s family & get him back to Mexico & help with expenses. Any donation would help & will be appreciated. Thank you for all your support at this difficult time.
