Help Save Agador’s Life

Hello, everyone! If you’ve never met our furball, this is Agador Spartacus!

We saved him over a year ago from a broken home that was no longer able to show him any affection or love. He's a pomeranian pup who's only a little over a year old. Agador was a little miracle in our lives that taught us a whole new level of love and patience. In the year that we've had him we've grown inseparable. He’s our little guy who brings so much joy to us with his craziness and his unconditional love.


A little over a week ago while we were not home, our other dog managed to create an opportunity for him to leave the yard and he went on an adventure that has changed our lives forever. As soon as we arrived home and noticed him missing we set out to look for him and found him a couple of blocks up the street in extremely bad condition. Our friendly little boy that wouldn't hurt a flea was attacked by what we can only assume was a much larger dog.

As a result Agador has a two large lacerations on his bottom hind leg, mutliple deep puncture wounds and a severe hernia. We immediately got him into emergency surgery to resect his damaged intestines and sew them together. His first go at this resulted in his GI track starting to leak, that lead to another surgery to resect more intestine only 2 days ago (12/3/2017).

As of today (12/5/2017) Melissa and I have been told that he is continuing to have leakage that will result in yet another surgery. At this point our sweet boy has been through so much and things are beginning to look very scary for him and us. The more we move forward in trying to save his life the more the costs go up - this is where we need help.

Melissa and I have tried so hard to take care of all costs by ourselves but at this point we have completely exhausted ourselves financially. In between his initial surgery to where we’re at now we’ve accumulated an almost $5,500 vet bill. We’ve taken care of what we can on our own but now it’s to the point where we ask ourselves - do we give up on him? We can’t. We won’t. He deserves every chance in the world to keep on living. If we had every dollar in the world at our disposal we would’ve already spent it on his care. 

Melissa and I have never been the type to ask for any kind of help but at this point the thought of losing our son is devastating. With your help we can move forward with his next surgery and continue to pay off his remaining bills.

Unfortunately nothing can prepare us for having to say goodbye our son and we’re really trying to hold it together even if it is by a single thread. If you cannot donate please share this.
