Send Ian to Acting Class

Hi all!
Ian has touched and inspired the lives of so many, both personally and professionally. I thought it was only right to do something super special for his 18th bday...something that would really serve him in his career.
For the last 9 or so months that he has lived in LA, he’s been on the accelerated track of learning to adult and manage finances. From normal living expenses and saving up for T to the costs of hiring a PR team recently, he’s juggling a lot of financial obligations that have made it difficult for him to budget for acting classes and coaching.
Despite his impressive body of work as a young actor who only got his professional start 3 years ago, he has never had any formal training. He’s learned so much on the job, but young artists definitely need a safe learning environment to hone their craft without any pressure to perform or produce results. He has expressed on numerous occasions a desire to start taking a scene study and/or audition technique class.
My hope is to raise enough to pay for a few months worth of ongoing training for him. I have already started taking him to a couple teachers to audit their classes, but I’d like to give him the choice of where he chooses to study. Acting classes in LA can be pricey and average around $300-$500 (sometimes more) monthly. If we can raise beyond the goal, that would be awesome—that way Ian can have a little fund for occasional audition coaching.
Ian truly has a gift, and a bright future lies ahead for him as a storyteller...he deserves so much to be supported and nurtured. Any amount would be greatly appreciated!
