On Saturday December 10th, the Big Apple Ranch is holding its annual Bake Sale to raise funds for the Manhattan Prairie Dogs. As some of you may know it is not a good idea that I bake.
This dance troupe is precious to me. I get to break the old and obsolete traditions of what to wear and how to act. I get to witness a creative process that’s conceived on a piece of paper and evolves into color and fun, smiles and surprises. I get to bring happiness. I get to dance!
This is a sample of one of our performances.
I’m reaching out asking for contributions for our endeavor. Prairie Dogs usually say: "We maybe cheap, but our costumes most certainly are not!" Any amount helps and is deeply appreciated!
Also, if you are in NYC on December 10th come check us out at the Big Apple Ranch! The Manhattan Prairie Dogs will perform, there will be delicious baked goods and, more importantly, I would love to have a dance with you.
