TT's story:
TT was recently diagnosed with invasive ductal breast cancer at the age of 33. Although she currently has no children of her own, she has high hopes of having a family and children one day in the future. As part of her treatment, TT will be undergoing chemotherapy and extensive radiation, which may affect her ability to have children. An important step in ensuring that TT will have a chance to have children will be to harvest her eggs prior to starting treatment.
Egg harvesting is a very expensive process. After hearing about the huge financial burden associated with this step, TT's friends and family have decided to step up to the plate to help. Being diagnosed with cancer is a huge blow, but those of us who love and support TT know that she is strong enough to overcome this hurdle as she has done with every other hurdle she's encountered.
We want to ensure that she will be able to focus all of her time, energy, and thoughts on the road to recovery. We are raising money to help with her medical expenses, specifically the cost of egg harvesting. We appreciate not only any and all monetary contributions, but your prayers and well-wishes as we all cheer for TT as she runs to victory over cancer.
