For 3 years, I’ve worked as a grill cook at the local Defiance College, the Yellow Jackets, serving meals to students who have become like family to me. Every day, I put my heart into preparing food that brings people together, and I’ve been lucky to receive so much gratitude and encouragement from the students I serve. Their support has inspired me to take a leap and pursue something I’ve dreamed about for a long time: starting my own food truck. Launching a food truck business is a big step, and I’m reaching out for help to make it possible. The funds raised will go directly toward purchasing a food truck, getting the equipment I need, and covering the permits required to operate. With your support, I’ll be able to continue sharing my love of cooking with the community, bringing delicious meals to more people, and building something truly special.
