Bridging the Digital Divide

Tax deductible
It is amazing how much the introduction of computers to classrooms can do for a child's educational future especially at a very early age. EVCO is trying to setup and donate computers in as many village schools and communities as possible.

In poor villages in Ghana and Liberia, children attend schools that has no libraries and no computers. Students from middle school are expected to take ICT (Information and Communications Technology) exams to measure their knowledge in basic computer software and hardware. The irony is that most poor village schools have no computer labs. In fact, most of the poor children have never seen computers in their lives.

Since 2005, Entire Village Computers Organization (EVCO) has been working very hard to bridge the digital divide. EVCO has donated a total of 46 computer labs in Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria. More than ten thousand students use computer labs donated by EVCO every school day.

Please help EVCO build more computer labs to help educate students in poor village schools and communities.

Thank you for your support.
