We Did It!! We are sending Momodou off with 1250.00 to help with his community efforts back in The Gambia. He is so greatful.

Here is my Story, 22 Years ago I started sponsering this bright young Man, Momodou M Bah. At the time he was 8 years old. Our sponsership lasted ten years. Just this week, I received a call from the agency that put us together, stating that he was here in Virginia and wanted to contact me. I was thrilled, I also found out that he is here as part of the Nelson Mandela Presidential Fellowship, in which he was selected among many thousands of applicants due to his commitment to the community and due to the fact that he is heading a large reforestation project in his county The Gambia, Africa. He has planted 65,000 Mongrove trees to help restore the ecosystem in the area. His goal is to plant 1 Million trees by Dec of 2017. This fund is to help him achieve this. He is among one of the best, brightest and dedicated young men you will meet. He is 30 now and married. He is the father of two young boys. Your donation will help him and his community so very much!
