As the President of BCTGM 390G, I am proud to stand alongside nearly 150 of my dedicated co-workers who have shown immense courage and resilience during our two-month-long strike. We're fighting for the right to be treated with respect, to preserve worker-friendly language, and to keep providing for our families with a fair contract. Enduring severe heat, thunderstorms, and the loss of essential supplies, we have remained steadfast in our commitment. Most strikers have worked for International Fragrances & Flavor(IFF) which is formerly Dupont for nearly two decades and are highly disappointed and feel disrespected by what has been done to them after working relentlessly during the pandemic. Many of our strikers are taking up odd jobs to make ends meet, but it is not enough during these trying times. We humbly seek financial assistance as we stand united to preserve our rights and the well-being of our families. We appreciate any support, as well as your thoughts and prayers.
