In Memory of Jim Hyde

Our beloved Jim Hyde recently passed on June 18th due to COVID-19. Jim was a wonderful father, grandfather (papa), husband, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his wife Kathy of 36 years, daughters Jayme & Katelyn, two son-in-laws Rick and Mike, and four beautiful grandchildren. Jim dedicated his life to his family and faith. Jim loved being a deacon at San Ramon Valley Bible Church, where he taught Sunday school, played guitar in the worship team and served faithfully for over 30 years.
We are all devastated by Jim’s loss and were not prepared for the cost of a medical and funeral services. We want to give Jim the remembrance he deserves, to honor his memory and to say our goodbyes.

On behalf of myself (Katelyn), my sister Jayme and our mom Kathy we are beyond touched by the love and support being shown to us during this devastating time. Dad was a gentle soul who always made us feel loved. He bent over backwards to make sure mom, us two girls and the rest of the family were taken care of. His passing has shattered us. It has left us trying to navigate life without him. But our faith has kept us strong and has kept us hopeful that Dad is in heaven and we will see him again someday.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and love, Dad would be so touched to know that so many people are taking care of his girls.
