Natalie Tao & Tantra Training

Now more than ever, we need to connect to our bodies, to nature and one another in healthy and sacred ways. We need to explore deeper aspects of ourselves for integration and continued evolution of our personal/collective identity, especially regarding sex/sexuality.

This September I will be diving into an extensive teacher training (5 weeks!) It will introduce me to many of the Healing Taoist + Tantric Arts, specifically Qi gong, which is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, visualization, breathwork and movement exercises.  

By learning these techniques I will be empowered to lead larger groups + 1:1 healing sessions with a focus of working with our sexual  energy for wellness prevention, healing, empowerment, confidence in intimacy + connection and freedom!!! 

Not only can we apply these sacred practices towards healing past trauma, but to help prevent disease and increase self care... to educate ourselves and cultivate this energy for greater;  health, happiness, intimacy, pleasure, bliss & longevity!

What is Taoism & Tantra?

As a society we have distorted and misused our sexual/vital energy. The ancient practices of Taoism and Tantra with their rich viewpoint can offer us a reawakening of a healthy sexuality.

Both Tantric and Taoist principles consider sexual energy the same as life force, and both practices use the energy centers of the body to increase life force as a means to increased spirituality and improved health and longevity. Both Tantra and Taoism have practices for conserving and building sexual energy.  Joining of sexual energies by two partners is purported to bring the highest pleasure and spiritual enlightenment.

As some of you may know in the last 10 years, I have been through various cycles of; studying, training, certifying, traveling. In the last 4 years I have been integrating these prior trainings to help empower others by building my Integrated Form here in NYC. 

I have been working with clients weekly one on one, to deepen their mind, body and heart connection and provide guidance to support their spiritual awakening. I incorporate hands on bodywork + energy healing and also lead yoga classes and workshops to support personal transformation.

I work out of Modrn Sanctuary  Wellness center + Teach Chroma Yoga class that combines color therapy, salt therapy and a traditional yoga flow, and teach monthly workshops called Who Am I?  Support me by joining a class or by receiving a one on one session.

I have been learning and building so much, but it is time for me to Keep Going!!! I need to update and upgrade my teachings and deepen my personal practice. I am SO READY to learn this new content and material and to then bring it back to share with you and others that may benefit.

• I will learn to lead a qigong class, focusing on working with sexual energy.
• Learn to work with my own inner feminine and inner masculine and learn the secret arts of inner alchemy practices. 
• Transcend!! The practices all support the spiritual journey of transcendence: reaching the Source of all duality and learning to live as a pure creative unfolding from Source into Being.
