Help Disabled Muslim Get Out Of Small Town Oregon!

Hi, my name is Noor, I am currently in a small town in rural Oregon. I’m an open lesbian and visibly Muslim, as such I am not always safe where I live, due to very unkind sentiments about Muslims from many in this area. I’ve had people try to run me down in their cars and shout slurs & threats when they drive past me. Because I am disabled and unable to drive I have to walk everywhere or take Uber or Lyft to my many doctors appointments in the city- something I don’t feel safe doing as a Muslimah in rural OR. In May my wife and I will finally be moving in to a much better place, right by my doctors(!!!!) with way cheaper rent and on TWO buslines in the city of Salem! This is going to change my life so much for the better and give me the independence I don’t have where I am currently. As you all know, moving is a very expensive process. We have to pay our last month here, first month AND security deposit there, that all adds up to like 3k. I am able to get some help but am still woefully short on what we need in order to actually get this done and get me back to an area where I have more freedom of movement and independence.. Any help would be greatly appreciated, honestly.
