About a year ago, I was diagnosed with something beyond that of “Advanced Keratoconus” which really just means I’m going blind. I had a check up on Monday, and my condition has gotten worse since. Basically, the chances of me going fully blind by 2021 are extremely likely. I’ve been saving up since my first exam last April, but after my appointment last Monday, the extra work needed isn’t covered by insurance at this point.
