Jovany .45cal Gunshot Wound

My younger brother Jovany has .45 cal gunshot wound to the left leg that ruptured his femoral artery and broke his femur in half. He’s been in the ICU since Wednesday night, he’s self employed so he does not have health insurance. He is stable now but we will need help with his medical bills once he gets out.
