Help our friends at Livingstones
By now we all know about the fire at Livingstone's Pub and Grill. We also know at least one person who has been affected by this fire. We all love Stones and we all love Linda and Cynthia. I, for one, have shared countless birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations and just good times in general. Chances are, you have too.
After talking with Linda and Cynthia today, it's been determined that they're more concerned with their loyal staff than they are about themselves.
Isn't this just so typical of them!?!
Livingstones bartenders, servers, bussers, cooks, dishwashers, they're our friends, family members, loved ones. We are able, so we will.
Some of us in the neighborhood thought now would be the time to come together for the servers, bartenders, bussers and dishwashers; all who come together for us on a daily basis to give us something to look forward to after stressful days, long meetings, emotional gatherings with family, etc. We know what it's like to live on tips, to work day to day, coming home with cash in hand to pay bills and provide for family. Many of you ask, "How can I help?" Here's how.
This is a small, achievable goal, to offer our friends the ability to have a Christmas, pay their bills, provide for thier families and hopefully, carry on in as much normalcy as possible during this very difficult time.
Any donation helps. Please remember that even $5 adds up.
Once our goal is reached (and exceeded, come on, this is Tower community we're talking about!) we will divide this by 30 ( number of employees) and pass it out accordingly.
Thank you all for helping during this very difficult time.
