America’s Last Civil Rights Case—
If I Lose, Anyone Can Lose
What happens when you report corruption in America?
The police told me to report someone stealing my electricity.
It turned out—it was the police, involved in running a drug lab.
When I tried to stop it, the system retaliated:
They tried to murder me.
They murdered my partner.
They lied about me, destroyed my reputation and my career.
They blinded me, took my home, killed my cat, and dumped all my belongings on the street.
Because the corruption involves police and city officials, no lawyer would take my case.
Without a lawyer, you don’t get help. The courts pretend you don’t exist.
Now, I am homeless, disabled, and officially blocked from even filing public records requests—after six years of being shut out of every court, every time, while criminals in uniform erase the evidence.
But this fight isn’t just about me.
This is a class action lawsuit—right now, in the face of the courts and a growing wave of new American fascism—trying to protect anyone and everyone from this system.
I am fighting not just for myself, but for everyone in America who could lose everything simply because they don’t have a lawyer to speak for them.
If I lose this case—with the most obvious evidence, the most egregious exclusion—no one in America has a prayer.
You don’t have to be Black, or Latinx, or gay, or an immigrant to lose everything.
All you have to do is stand up to corruption, be disabled, or simply not have a lawyer when the system decides you’re in the way.
Right now, courts and law enforcement are trampling the rights of everyone—protected by the Constitution or not—and they do not care.
This is the last line of defense for civil rights in America.
If we can’t stop the courts from acting as the private enforcers for the powerful, if we let them ignore every Amendment, anyone—of any color, any background—can have their life destroyed.
This campaign will fund:
Emergency legal and court filing costs,
Survival (food, shelter, medical) while I continue the class action,
Advocacy and media outreach to force the system to pay attention.
I am using my parents’ address for mail, but they are out of the country. I am unhoused and have only my phone and email.
If you care about justice, about America’s last chance at a real civil rights fight,
please share, support, or simply help me survive to keep fighting. This is for all of us.
If I can’t win, none of us can.
Even after all this—being blinded in one eye, losing my home, losing my partner—the government’s final act was to literally block my emails, so I can’t even file an Open Records request. They are trying to erase me from the system, and they can do the same to anyone.
If you want to stand up to this with me, please help. This isn’t just my fight anymore.
