Perrine and Skye are two Liberian-Americans who host a podcast called 1stGens, which tells their story and the story of other first-generation Americans, while filling in the blanks beside the hyphen.
These two have never been to Liberia in their adult lives and really look to learn more about their roots and their culture while sharing the story of this country constantly facing adversities.
In Season 2 of 1stGens, Skye and Perrine look to have interviews with young Liberians to show how parallels and differences between their lives and young people here in America. They would love your support in order to pay for traveling costs and to bring back amazing audio content as well as a piece of their home.
