God's Kitchen 2018 Holiday Fund
Tax deductible
God's Kitchen of Michigan is raising $15,000 to purchase food and supplies for six (6) free holiday dinners in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. A Thanksgiving, Christmas and Martin Luther King Soul Food dinner are planned. Last year, more than 1,800 free dinners were served to homeless and hungry residents who could not afford to purchase meals for the holidays. Santa and Mrs. Claus even hosted our Christmas dinners, where each child received two (2) toys from joy ol' Saint Nick, and his adorable wife.
Help us end 2018, and begin the New Year, by sponsoring the homeless and needy with six (6) free nutritious dinners and toys.
Holiday Meal Sites:
Battle Creek Dinner Dates: Thanksgiving (Nov. 19), Christmas (Dec. 17), and Martin Luther King Day (January 21, 2019).
All meals are served from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at our Masonic Center meal site, 133 E. Michigan Avenue, downtown.
Kalamazoo Dinner Dates: Thanksgiving (Nov. 21), Christmas (Dec. 19), and Martin Luther King Day (January 23, 2019).
All meals are served from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at our First Baptist Church meal site, 315 W. Michigan Avenue, downtown.
