Local Artist Lost Everything
Donation protected
On April 30th, local artist, Soloist with the Houston Ballet, and musical raconteur, James Reed Gotesky was robbed of $10,000 worth of equipment and speakers.
Often recognized as James Reed, he is one of the co-founders of the beloved Kinda Super Disco productions company as well as a Soloist with the Houston ballet for over 13 years.
James has produced over 50 musically oriented events in Houston and has brought down numerous artists and musicians to perform and provide our beloved city with the musical culture it so deserves.
Early in the morning after one of James's Kinda Super Disco events, his car was robbed of the very neccesary and extremely expensive equipment he utilizes for production of these popular events.
We want to help James recoup his losses in order that he can continue to make a living as well as provide us, this city and those that visit it, with the events that keep our home entertaining, relevant and above all fun!
Your donations will go towards replacing all his backline gear and a replacement of the portion of the high end, hi-fi PA system also stolen in the theft. This includes
1 x Pioneer CDJ-2000
2 x Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus
1 On Point Audio 15" Monitor
1 Funktion-One F101 Hi-Fi Speaker
1 pair of Pioneer On Ear studio monitors
Thank you so much for your time, consideration and hopefully some of you cash!
Let's show James that even admist this horrible event, his city and his friends still love and support him!
