Medical bills and surgery costs

I recently had toe surgery and have several thousand dollars worth of medical bills from it. I also need to have back surgery and will have an additional several thousand dollars worth of medical bills. I've had complications from the surgery and have to keep going to the doctor and was recently referred to another specialist. All the specialist visits require a copay of 50-75.

I also have a severely bulged disc in my back that will require surgery. It's causing a great deal of pain and has been bothering me for almost a year. I work full time but could use help because I cannot afford the surgery. I have also been told to do physical therapy but my insurance doesnt cover it so this would also help with that.
