Jermaine's Medical Device

This is Jermaine here for some your brother in Faith.  I am trying my best to raise money for this much needed medical scooter for my disability physical needs.  Life is not easy dealing with this illness of Multiple Sclerosis but I try to hold my head up.  Medical appoints are not always to get to as transportation for myself is not always obtainable for me.

Any and all money donated and raised here will be specifically and honestly used for a new scooter that is reliable for me ... a video of the device needed should be provided here.  There is no specific time period for the completion of funds in help, but any and all help is greatly appreciated by those who really care about me.

This would me so much to me at this time and as I write I can't help from crying but I know that one day all of these things will be a thing of the past.

I am truly thankful with and to all my family members and friends who love me .  I love you all tremendously, I hope and pray your help can be provided.  Jermaine L. Felton
