Please help me see my doctors.

My name is BrayLynn Parks, I'm 6 months old. I have several health issues. I'm currently on a feeding tube and can have nothing by mouth, I have a Nissan ban, I have a cyst on my brain, a hole in my heart, and my lungs aren't developed to my age. I recently found out that my insurance will not be paying for my doctor appointments starting in June, 2016. I have several appointments coming up for testing. I would appreciate any help you can give. I recently sign up for my disability and hoping to get it in a few months. Thank in advance for all you help. Please share this.
