Help pay vet bills for Tank

Our dog Tank was attacked by another dog running loose.   Tank was outside on his chain when the other dog was brought to our yard by some neighbor kids. We still need help being able to pay vet bills and anything extra will be going towards getting a large kennel to attach to the back of our house so Tank is able to go in and out of our garage but still be protected from this ever happening again.  If anyone is able to help, we would greatly appreciate it.
