Christian Lamphere 9-11 Memorial

My name is Christian Lamphere. I am a 13 year old. Boy Scout Eagle Scout canidate that would like to build a 9 11 memorial in Apopka. This memorial would honor our U.S. history as well as our local history, The very top of the memorial will have a vey special artifact from the Twin Towers.
