Sheppards on the Go!! Again! :-)

The Sheppard Girls have done it again!!

Not one, not two, but all three; Brooke, Rainn, and Tai, are on the road to qualifying for the Jr. Olympics in Houston, TX. They’ll be competing in the 800, 1500, 3000, Hurdles and High Jump! These young ladies are beasts! They truly train hard, not only on the track, but at home, to make sure that they put themselves in a position to medal.

 With all three athletes competing, traveling expenses can definitely become a bit expensive, so support from family and friends goes a long way. Any little bit helps! Please donate to support my girls…athletic stars in the making!! Let’s get them to the AAU Jr. Olympics!!
