Support Black trans woman's transition from prison

Donation protected
Give us our flowers while we’re here! Black trans women deserve not only to survive, but to thrive.
Spending 4 years in a men’s prison as a transgender woman is an extremely traumatic experience. Getting a regular therapist who is LGBTQ-affirming, trauma informed, and affordable is an URGENT need to begin the process of healing.

Hi, my name is Brianna and I'm a 23 year old trans woman that just got out of prison and have very few people to help me with anything. I am truly blessed for the people I do have and they help me as much as they can. I know that they can only do so much though, so I'm reaching out to every avenue i can think of for help.

Other expenses that will need to be covered: -court and other fees for legal name change application (runs into hundreds of dollars) -hormone replacement therapy and trans-related health care needs -general medical care -moving funds and rent to live in a safe and affirming living situation -everything else!!!
This is an opportunity for folks to help their community in a tangible and meaningful way.
Thank you all for your continued support. I am so grateful and looking forward to building a world free of the prisons where Black trans women are safe, uplifted, and celebrated. I greatly appreciate any help. Thank you all.
