Presley Angel Baby

I am a friend of this sweet little girl's parents.  Presley is almost  6 months old and has a twin brother.  She also has 4 older siblings.  She was taken to the hospital because she was vomitting and had a fever.  She was in and out of the hospital and her parents finally took her to Phoenix Children's hospital.  There, she was given a spinal tap and found to have the flu and viral meningitis.  The doctors decided to do an MRI on her brain to make sure the meningitis had not gone there yet.  The results were devastating.  She had a very large tumor in her brain.  She underwent a 6 hour surgery the next day, May 19th, to try and remove the tumor.  She made it through surgery, however, they were unable to get all of the tumor out.  She will undergo another surgery on May 24th to hopefully get the rest out.  The results of tests on the tumor showed it to be cancer.  She will have to have chomotherapy and radiation treatments once the surgeries are complete.  
This is a wonderful family of 8!  Liz and Laurie are amazing parents and the kids are all very close.  They have struggled financially as Liz works and Laurie stays at home with the kids.  The financial strain that the hospital stay, surgeries, and treatments will put on them is going to be great.  Any help that can be given to them will be so very appreciated and go directly to helping Presley get the health care she needs to fight this battle!!
