Family & Friends Roadside Cart

Twenty-eight-year-old Nick has Down syndrome and he is pursuing his dream to have his own restaurant. He is beginning this summer with a hot dog vendor cart. He studied hard to earn his ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. He met with local restaurant owners and public officials. He created a business plan. He has applied for permits to operate in local towns. Now he needs $10,000 for the purchase of a food vendor cart and equipment and for working capital.
