HELP Jess's (Ehlers Danlos type 6 )

Hello My name is Jessica I’m 23 years old I I have a rare disease called Ehlers Danlos syndrome type 6 with  cardiovascular issues interlocking with EDS, autism , moderate intellectual disability , scoliosis , kyphosis, lordosis , intestinal failure  and many more diagnoses 34 to be exact , but I need your help see with my rare condition EDS it causes a lot of medical issues which needs me to have surgeries , specialized  medications and treatments  there is no cure but Doctors can make my life comfortable but to do that I need to travel to the only clinic that knows enough knowledge about my disease in Baltimore USA to be able to treat me appropriately as doctors in Australia do not know much about type 6 EDS and simply can not help me this is my only option left to live a comfortable life as I have tried many treatments here in Australia and none have worked .  I will also need equipment such as wheelchair van, hoist as my condition will continue to detariate as I get older and my life expectancy is about 40 years old. my mum is a single parent of 2 including myself and it is hard financially for us so please if you can help me out I would be forever grateful. thank you for taking the time to read this message.
