All with our water well is not well

Hi!  I am Jennifer Perito, my friends call me Jenny.  I live with my husband Mike in Smartsville California.
Two years ago Mike was diagnosed with terminal cancer.  I became unemployed in order to to be his main caregiver at home while he is on Hospice.
Consequently, both of us are only supported by our Social Security.  In the two years our savings have been depleated considerably.  We tried to downsize by selling the house but, the repairs here left buyers bawking.
One of the major repairs was to be digging the well down 100 feet.  We have tried to get a loan to cover the cost of digging the well but, have been unsuccessful. One week ago the well stopped completly and we have been without water since. 
Bottom line is to deepen the well will  cost $6-$10,000 which we do not have.  It is extremely important to get this done now,  as Mike's condition worsens.
I will be most grateful for any and all support and intend to return the gesture with service to others.
