Help for Jason

My nephew Jason Zujkowski ended up in the hospital on Fathers Day with a heart rate of 240 and heart failure.  He is 22 years old.  Jason was in the hospital for 11 days and had a cardiac catherization, an MRI, and several other procedures including an implanted defibrilator.  While he has insurance he only works part time because he is attending college.  His medical bills will be very high and he is unable to work for the rest of the summer. He will be entering the college of NJ in the fall for music education. He has student debt and other living expenses.  Jasons father passed away 2 years ago and his mother is working hard to help support him and his brother who is also in college.  These funds will help Jason pay off the medical debt he will have.  Any money that we raise will go to his medical bills and anything you give to Jason is greatly appreciated.  Jason is a talented saxaphone player and we want him to go far in his career.
