Jescie James Armstrong Memorial

We are trying to raise money to help with funeral expenses for Jescie Armstrong. On April 27, at 15 years old Jescie was shot and killed in his Rock Island home. His visitation is May 3rd at Sullivan Ellis in East Moline from 4-7 pm. If you are able to help it is truly appreciated. All donations will be used to offset the cost of funeral expenses. Jescie did not have any life insurance.
