Whackers for Hackers

We're currently a rag tag group of diverse individuals - two of us actually.  We are wanting to raise money to provide full time work for two people who can monitor our honey pots to watch for spammers, hackers, abusers and Internet jerks.  There will be two shifts.  We will submit logs to the ISP's, services providers and access points the hackers use to have them shut down and access cut off whether it's a hacked server, dial-up connection (yes they still exist), anonymous proxy services, VPN service, etc and establish relationships with providers to get it done quickly.

As soon as we hit our goal we can get to work!

We've thought about the problem of hackers constantly attacking Internet infrastructure and the ONLY way we can think of solving the problem is whacking the hackers by cutting off their access points.  Most people and entire industries exist to "block" them but we want to cut them off at the knees as soon as we see them.  It's like whack a mole and we hope to make hacking such a discouraging activity that it decreases tramendously.  Who's willing to pay for this service?  Nobody at the moment so we're hoping to get enough money to operate for a year and develop the system, methodology and relationships with the service providers so we can truly whack the hackers!
