Son was violated by CNA, need help

While in recovery from June 28th 2016 surgery we hired a well known home care nursing agency to care for our son. The first CNA we loved but she had trouble at home and had to leave. The second CNA was not acceptable and let go after 2 days. The third CNA seemed good but after awhile was not doing some simple things correctly. One day my son tells me he is being molested. It has been 6 months and we don't know if police have turned it over to the District Attorney but my son is in a state of shock and needs some simple diversion this Summer. Maybe some trips to Hotel Elegante and a trip to Sky Sox or the Rockies! If this gets turned down by D.A. we will find a way to sue. There is counseling for my son but for Summer break to get his mind off things with his siblings it would be nice to get some help?
