Lori Cole's Medical Fund

I have been suffering with a kidney stone for over six weeks.  This unexpected medical issue happened right after I completed teaching for the semester. I have picked up as many extra hours at Home Depot as possible, but it is a part-time position.  I will be teaching again late July.

This is very awkward for me because I have a long record of giving to others in need.  But I believe it is time to be humble because I need an Xray, and surgery as soon as possible. There is a possibility that my left kidney is blocked. We will not know until the Xray is done, and the urologist has reviewed it.

This means a great deal to me because we are in the process of adopting a child from the state of Michigan. I believe I wasn't given a second child because God knew there was a child that needed us that was already born. We need to prepare this child's room at the same time that this medical issue is happening.

It would mean so much to me to have the uninsured costs paid, so we can focus on the adoption process.  The uninsured medical costs being taken care of will give me access to medical treatment, and the ability to pay the remaining costs after insurance. Otherwise, I will be making payments to the hospital for a very long time.
