Support Officer Chris Dorman

Officer Chris Dorman, of Folcroft Police department in Delaware County Pennsylvania, was shot while responding to a call of suspected drug activity in the morning hours of June 24, 2016.  Upon making contact with the suspect, a struggle began and the subject started firing his gun,  striking Officer Dorman 7 times.  Chris is a part-time officer with 2 police departments within Delaware County, as well as a volunteer fireman for the past 10 years.  Due to his part time status, he does not receive benefits.  I had the pleasure of working with Officer Dorman at the Delaware County Sheriff's Department during his time there, and he is one of the most honorable, loyal, and generous guys that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, working with, and being friends with.  He is the type of person who would give the shirt off his own back for anyone!!  Officer Dorman has a long road ahead of him in his recovery process and could use all the support and prayers you can spare.  Please help our family in blue support him on his road to recovery.
